ABOUT ME

 

Joie Lim (she/her) is an Editorial Assistant with a not-so-secret passion for Storyboarding and Animation. 

 

Offered a Chairmen's' Merit Scholarship, Joie jumped from the west to the east coast to study Animation at the School of Visual Arts, Class of 2021. Since their (zoom) graduation, they've had the fortune to work as a Storyboard Artist and Animator with studios like  Aardman Nathan Love, Kneeon Studios, and Viacom CBS. Most recently, she has dipped her toes into the editorial realm, having worked on the Emmy-nominated show, "Scavenger's Reign," and soon-to-be released, "Common Side Effects," as an Assistant Editor. 

 

If she is not hitting ctrl + z or reading for book club, you can find her huddled in bed watching the newest Rom-Com on Netflix as "a part of her film studies."
